About Jennifer (Jenni) Sherman, SLPA

Jenni is a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) who earned her BS degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She holds her Speech-Language Pathology Assistant certification through ASHA and is certified in Illinois. She has 20 years of experience working with children and teens in schools, therapeutic school settings, and clinics. Jenni is passionate about helping every child find their voice and reach their fullest potential.

Jenni believes that building meaningful relationships and creating a safe, supportive environment are essential to successful therapy. She takes the time to form genuine connections with each child so they feel comfortable, confident, and empowered throughout their speech and language journey.

Outside of work, Jenni enjoys working out, meeting friends for coffee, cheering on her children at sports events, walking her dog, and spending quality time with her family.
