Express Yourself Pediatric Therapy (EYT) is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist at our Kensington, Maryland location!

We are a therapist-owned pediatric practice that believes therapy should be meaningful, relationship-based, child-led, and fun. Our team takes a holistic approach to supporting children and families, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and individualized care.

Full-Time Pediatric SLP Position

We are looking for a full-time pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping children communicate, connect, and participate more fully in their everyday lives.

Depending on your interests and experience, our pediatric SLPs may work with children in areas including:

• Early language development

• Speech sound disorders and articulation

• Motor speech

• Receptive and expressive language

• Social communication

• AAC and total communication

• Feeding and oral-motor development

• Executive functioning

• Childhood apraxia of speech

• Language and literacy

• Parent and caregiver coaching

Our clinicians also have opportunities for co-treatment, interdisciplinary collaboration, social groups, dyads, and creative programming based on their clinical interests.

Work With a Collaborative Pediatric Team

One of the things that makes EYT special is our team approach. Our clinicians don't work in isolation. We value collaboration across disciplines and encourage therapists to look at the whole child, rather than treating one skill or diagnosis in isolation.

We are looking for an SLP who wants to build relationships with families, collaborate with other professionals, continue learning, and become an important part of our Kensington team.

Our Kensington clinic is located in Montgomery County, Maryland, making it convenient for clinicians throughout Montgomery County and the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area.
